Terms of Service
These terms apply to WEPLORE website design and development, visual identity, and optional support services. The accepted project proposal sets the specific deliverables, fees, schedule, and payment arrangements.
Project scope and pricing
Prices shown on the website are starting prices. The final price depends on the project scope confirmed in a written proposal.
The proposal defines the included work, deliverables, revisions, timeline, and payment schedule. Additional languages, copywriting, custom integrations, and work beyond the agreed scope require a separate quote and written approval.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, databases, software subscriptions, payment processing, shipping, and other provider fees are not included in WEPLORE project prices or Care plans.
The client pays these providers directly. We identify relevant services and costs before activation; the client approves any variable charges.
Client inputs and approvals
The client provides accurate content, access, and approvals needed for the project, and confirms they have permission to use materials they supply.
Changes requested after an agreed direction or deliverable is approved may affect the scope, price, or schedule. We confirm any change before proceeding.
WEPLORE Care
WEPLORE Care is optional. Any complimentary Care period ends without automatically starting a paid plan.
Monthly support hours apply only during the relevant billing period. Unused hours expire at the end of that period and do not roll over.
Applicable terms
Project-specific details are set out in the accepted proposal. These terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
